Chapter 2: The future of the Rainbow Factory

Over the last six months, it has become increasingly apparent that the Covid-19 pandemic is going to be with us for some considerable time and as such, so will social-distancing and limitations on public gatherings.
Consequently, we had to make the decision to relocate the Rainbow Factory to a purely online business which allowed us to run our renowned Holiday Club and potentially host our ever-popular events and birthday parties, in many and varied locations.
We are also concentrating on building upon our excellent reputation within the school’s community having recommenced our in-school visits this Autumn/Winter term.
Initially, the thought of leaving our first home in Farsley was heart-breaking to us however, we have now realised that this is a hugely exciting opportunity, for both us and our customers – Moreso as it allowed us to not only stay in business, but to get back to business sooner rather than later!
Following on from this, we do intend to host a series of magical events in 2021, and we look forward to sharing more details on this over the coming months.
We want to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 5 and half years – we genuinely could not have done it without you! Here’s to the next 5!

New for 2020
As a lot of businesses have had to do, we have diversified! We have taken all our experience with working with hundreds of schools and welcoming thousands of children through the doors or the Rainbow Factory in Farsley over the last 5 years, and put it into our two new products!
We are pleased to introduce to you;
- The Wonder Book
Over 40 pages, jam packed full of 100+ activities and ideas for kids to do. This go-to activity book will provide children with HOURS of fun and engaging activities.
- Zoom Room (for schools)
Delivering quality, inspirational and educationally led workshops online that meet schools curriculum needs - ensuring kids will be left motivated, engaged and full of ideas.

Holiday Club
After a successful summer, we will once again be building youngsters’ confidence and stretching their imagination, all whilst giving them the chance to make new friends and having LOTS of fun this October, 26th-30th. Book now to save disappointment!

Birthday Parties
In 2021 (or when the Government permits us to), we will commence a brand new birthday party service where we will bring all the magic and excitement of the Rainbow Factory to a venue of your choosing.
